The orange tents were parked at the edge of the long, rolling field with the grasses as tall as a horse's knee, in rows with little lanes between them, facing different directions, and a large white one at the back. A row of trees ran down the right side of the field if you stood looking from the tents onto the plain, back past the tents and off into the distance. Further back it became a thick forest, but here you could slightly see the other fields on the other side of the trees and underbrush. On the left, small shrubs underscored a vast expanse of rolling hills that stretched off into the peach horizon, meeting another row of trees so far back they were only indeterminate green, climbing up the side of a small mound that might be a mountain.
